We are thrilled about the 2026 Leadership Conference scheduled for August 21-22 in Houston, Texas. We are equally excited with the lineups and keynote speakers. Right after the September 2025 conference, I felt a strong conviction that we would return to Houston for another Leadership conference. I never anticipated that I would need to take on larger roles and greater responsibilities. While advancement is wonderful, we are often unprepared for the challenges and character development required to navigate the new season that God has brought us into. This leadership journey is an encounter with destiny and a path to discovering identity. Self-leadership is essential for growth. Identity shapes the mindset that creates every reality. As a person thinks, so they become.
